Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian actress and musician well-known for her roles in Tamil as well as Malayalam films. Her acting debut was in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam, and her Malayalam debut with Annayum is in the film. Andrea Jeremiah is an Anglo-Indian born at Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father is a lawyer in the Madras High Court. Also, she has an older sister currently employed as a research associate Leuven Belgium. Jeremiah was raised within Chennai. He was a student at National Public School. After graduation, he studied at Women's Christian College. Andrea started studying classical piano around the age of eight. She was a big fan of geeks and wanted to be a psychiatrist. Young Stars, a Jackson Five group that which she joined at the age of 10 was the foundation for her singing as well as composing music. She was also a theatre student at her school and performed in a variety of performances staged through The Madras Players and EVAM. Then she was the Student Senate President at Women's Christian College. Andrea began her theatre career with Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. Andrea was in the lead role with Shiva as a leo coffee ad in 2006. She also acted as a part of a character in the Podhigai serial. She has appeared in all parts of India. She was briefly featured in Kanda Mudhal's climax, (2005). Gautham Vaisudev Menon performed in the film Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu, then asked to have her play in the role of a female lead on Pachaikili Muthucharam. The film was an adaptation of the novel by James Siegel Derailed with Andrea as Kalyani an aspiring homemaker, who's husband is involved in an affair, and then is blackmailed. Andrea was chosen to play the role after Simran and Tabu both actresses were approached by producers. This film released in early 2010 In August 2011 Venkat Prabhu made his debut with the multi-starrer Mankatha. The film was commissioned to take on a lesser supporting role. Annayum Rasoolum was Rajeev's romantic flick in 2013.
