Lis Wiehl works as an American writer and legal analyst who was formerly a Fox News analyst.
She was previously an associate professor of law at the University of Washington Law School. The analyst was a lawyer on National Public Radio's show as well as the Radio Factor of Bill O'Reilly. She was a regular guest for The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly, The Kelly File with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl is a Yakima resident who graduated from West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's diploma in English from Barnard College in 1983, she earned a master of Arts in Literature at the University of Queensland in 1985 as well as a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl had been a US Attorney. Her role was as the correspondent for legal issues of NPR's All Things Considered. She served as the "deputy chief investigatory attorney for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. Between 1995 and 2001, she served as an adjunct professor of law in the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle and was in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. She was an analyst at Fox News from 2001 until the year 2017.
